Privacy Policy

Last updated August 14, 2026

This policy explains how Boost Lab Digital LTD handles personal data in connection with this website, boostlabdigitalltd.com. It covers the website only. Our products have their own privacy notices, published with each product.

Who we are

Boost Lab Digital LTD is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16531598, with a registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

For any privacy question or request, contact jake@boostlabdigitalltd.com.

What we collect on this website

This website is a static page. It has no contact form, no account system, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking scripts. We do not set cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data so the site can be delivered and kept secure. That typically includes your IP address, the pages requested, timestamps, and basic browser and device information. We do not use this data to identify individuals, and we do not combine it with other information.

If you contact us

If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, your email address or phone number, and the content of your message. We use it only to respond and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it.

Legal bases

  • Legitimate interests for delivering and securing the website, and for replying to messages you send us.
  • Legal obligation where we have to keep records, for example for tax or company law purposes.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, normally no more than a few months, and then deleted or aggregated. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the matter it relates to, and longer only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that make the website and our email work, such as our hosting and email providers, acting on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Some providers operate servers outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected by the safeguards required under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete data, or to restrict how we use it
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • ask us to transfer data you gave us to another provider

To exercise any of these, email jake@boostlabdigitalltd.com. We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy
